Powder mixture for the preparation of oatmeal withlsprouted oats,Oatmeal with quinoa, hazelnuts, and chocolate. Gluten free.

Ingredients: sprouted oats oatmeal, flakesgluten free oats* 63 %, sugar, flakes from sprouted quinoa 6,9 %, skimmed milk powder, chocolate 4,6 % (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: lecithins), roasted chopped hazelnuts 3,8%, semi-skimmed milk chocolate powder 1,5 % (cocoa powder, cocoa mass, sugar), fat-reduced cocoa powder, flavouring, sea salt. May contain traces of nuts,, and,sesameseeds and eggs.* Content of gluten < 20 mg/kg.

Preparation instructions: Put the contents of the bag into a bowl or cup, add about 130–160 ml of hot water and stir well. Let stand for 3-5 minutes and consume immediately.
